Management Team The People Who Manage NTC Contracting

The driving force behind NTC Contracting is our staff. We have a huge pool of experience within our company and are able to use this knowledge to tackle any hurdle we might encounter.

Jason Varcoe

Managing Director

Jason is a Chartered Professional Engineer who has had extensive experience overseas working in both London and Christchurch for several years. Jason completed his BE Civil at Canterbury University in 2004 and is highly experienced in a vast array of areas from earthworks and geotechnical engineering to stormwater drainage. Jason has spent a lot of time developing and evolving NTC's management systems to the levels required by large resource clients.

Quintin Winsloe

Project Manager

Quintin is a self-motivated Engineer with a background spanning many specialties over a period of 12 years. Working in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. He has been involved in projects spanning Oil & Gas, Mining Infrastructure, Road Construction, Earthworks, Pipe Work Installation, Tunneling, Marine Works and Renewable Energy.

 

Paul Dalton

Surveyor

Paul has been employed by NTC since September 2017. Paul has had extensive experience work on construction projects both for building construction and civil construction. Paul also has the ability to operate plant if required on smaller contracts where a full time surveyor is not required. 

 

Matthew White

Plant Manager

Matthew is a diesel mechanic by trade and has been with NTC since October 2010 joining NTC as a mechanical fitter. Matthew has inside out knowledge of every piece of machinery NTC owns. Matthew takes pride in the presentation of our machinery and will bend over backwards to prevent breakdowns and ensure everything is in perfect condition.
