Everything NTC Contracting does is performed by competent, qualified personnel. Our clients deserve the highest level of quality, service and value for money and it is NTC's objective to provide this. To be able to achieve this we currently have a quality management system and are in the process of becoming accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 standards.

NTC Staff are trained in our Quality Management System and all abide by this policy. Every single piece of work regardless of the size is performed to pre-defined standards using pre-defined and proven methods so that our clients achieve 100% satisfaction. Within our Quality Management System we have measurable indicators so that this performance can be quantified and reviewed regularly.

All of our staff play a vital role in our future growth and profitability of NTC and for this reason our employees’ health, safety, job satisfaction, and personal achievement is of the highest importance.

To accomplish this we will:

  • Identify our customers needs and supply to the agreed standard, every time.
  • Provide a safe working environment and ensure that the appropriate resources are assigned to all working areas.
  • Provide appropriate supervision and training.
  • Improve productivity through continuous improvement.
  • Continue to improve communication between all parties.
  • Ensure that an effective quality system is maintained and reviewed on a regular basis.
